MN Attorney General Keith Ellison will speak at Twin Bluffs Middle School Auditorium on May 3rd at 11 AM in Red Wing as part of his Community Impact Town Hall Forums tour of Minnesota. The RWHS Black Student Union will moderate the event. Seating is limited; please register here.

The event is sponsored by Red Wing Community Education, Red Wing High School Black Student Union, League of Women Voters of Red Wing, American Association of University Women of Red Wing, Fair Trade Books, and the SE MN Area Labor Council. Doors open at 10:30 am.

Since January 2025, the AG’s office has organized and participated in 11 Community Impact Town Hall Forums and has heard from more than 7,000 Minnesotans across the state.

Unprecedented actions by President Trump and his administration are significantly impacting Minnesotans. Funding for critical social programs is being reduced. Infringements upon individuals’ privacy, civil rights, and due process are broadly occurring. By attending, residents of the area will have the opportunity to share their stories regarding these and other concerns.

The Red Wing High School Black Student Union will moderate the event, and area students are particularly encouraged to participate.
