During this last MN legislative session, League members showed up to testify at hearings, gathered for rallies, and wrote and met with legislators. There were many laws that were passed that the league supported. Two speakers will present the 2023 legislative accomplishments and progress on implementation.

• Lilly Sasse, Campaign Director of “We Choose Us” will present the voter rights, voter access and election law changes.

• Sam Streukens, the Civic Engagement Director of LWV MN will present the legislative accomplishments in Climate Change, Firearm Safety, Civic Ed and more.
