Duties of Minnesota Constitutional Officers as written in the Constitution

Jason Marisam, JD, Professor at Hamline Mitchell College of Law and Minnesota Attorney of the Year for both 2021 and 2022, will speak at a webinar for LWV on Thursday, January 12, at noon. This webinar will focus on the constitutional roles of the Secretary of State, State Auditor and Attorney General. These constitutional offices were fiercely contested in the 2022 general election.
