Profile Management – Delete a Profile / Merge Duplicates

 

At this time, we are not granting local Leagues the ability to delete profiles or merge duplicates. If you created a profile in error and aren’t able to use it for someone else, or have encountered duplicates, reach out to the Database Coordinator for assistance.

If a member decides not to renew, simply change their membership status to “Inactive.” The rest of their profile should remain.

Remember: using a mini database means you are also live-editing the state office’s database. It’s very important that member data doesn’t go missing without our knowledge – this database is our statewide membership and donor history.
