Monday, September 19

  • Distributing recommended reading list for books on climate change and promoting Duluth Public Library and Zenith Bookstore.

  • Highlighting Climate Steps initiative, Earth Hero program, World Climate School and Deep Adaptation Forum.

  • Promoting new Climate>Duluth series on PACT-TV. For the first two shows, interviewing Annette Olson (founder of Climate Steps) and Mark Hertsgaard (executive director of Covering Climate Now and author of "Hot").

Tuesday, September 20

  • The Climate Maze podcast.

  • 7:30am - Coffee and Conversation. With some reflections from Peter Kalmus' "Being The Change," we'll talk about becoming a climate activist and getting involved. Duluth Bread Company, 120 East Superior Street.

Wednesday, September 21

  • International Zero Emissions Day

  • 8:00am - Coffee and Conversation. With some reflections from Sarah Jaquette Ray's "A Field Guide To Climate Anxiety," we'll talk about the community's mental health needs.
